Vegetables in Thai Ginger


Purchase Swanson's Thai Ginger broth (available at grocery stores).  Heat some oil in the pan.  Stir fry vegetables tough vegetables briefly.  Add all other vegetables, add broth, and boil for 10 minutes (or whatever the package says).  Garnish with basil or coriander leaves.  Enjoy :)
